How we use your email.

When you join the FEN waiting list, we store your email address, signup time, and consent to early access updates. We use these to manage access and contact you about trying FEN.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your address or add you to unrelated marketing lists. This page doesn’t use advertising trackers. The demonstrations use real artist names with illustrated interfaces and sample activity. They do not play third-party audio or video.

Where it goes

The list is stored in the website’s database, hosted through Netlify. Hosting providers may process technical request information to operate and protect the site. Google sign-in verifies your account. We record its verification and access status so only approved listeners can use the app. A short-lived, hashed network identifier is used to limit signup abuse.

Changed your mind?

Email support@musicfen.com from the address you signed up with to withdraw consent or ask for deletion. We keep your signup while you’re waiting for access, until you ask us to remove it, or until the early access programme ends.
